Manor Healthcare
Our nursing provision adopts all of the facilities and services as for residential care, but with the additional support of Registered General Nurses, offering a bespoke, fully equipped, 24 hour nursing service in a comfortable, safe and homely environment.
We offer dementia nursing care in small specialised units (11 bed & 13 bed) which helps with a reduction in anxiety levels for our residents and facilitates a more intimate level of care and relationship for all our residents.
We provide private accommodation for a small number of individuals in bespoke residences. Full-time, on-site care is provided with our bungalows having been designed to allow care to be provided for all aspects of an individual’s needs of our residents is of our highest priority.
This type of high quality care is provided to those who are nearing end of life. We strive to provide a quality of life for every individual, and ensure that end of life or palliative care residents are comfortable and fully supported, and treated with the greatest dignity and respect.
Manor Healthcare is able to facilitate day care for people who require care and companionship or supervision during the day. This service offers relief to family and care givers and may allow them the freedom to go to work, handle personal business or just relax while knowing their relative is well cared for and safe.
When there is availability, we can offer short term relief for primary care givers, enabling them a well-deserved rest. This extra support service welcomes temporary residents, with varying levels of dependency as well as those living with dementia, to live in a wonderful, sociable, home-from-home setting.
At Manor Healthcare, we understand that many people with learning disabilities live active and independent lives, however we also are aware that for others, obtaining the right support and care can be the difference between reaching ones full potential and living a life of isolation, frustration and challenge.
